KAYI ROASTED MUTTON CHOPS

INGREDIENTS For ROASTED CHOPS:
1Kg mutton chops
5-6 cloves
8-10 black pepper
2 cinnamon stick piece
3 Black Cardamom
20 g more black pepper
25 g shahi Jeera
Salt 
1 or 2 lemon
1/2 tbsp Oil

INGREDIENTS FOR GREEN CHUTNEY: 

1 Cup Curd
8-9 Green chilli
6-7 Garlic cloves
1 tbsp Jeera
Hand full of Green coriander
Hand Full of fresh Mint leafs
1 lemon
Salt to taste.

PREPARATION:
#) First we need to boil mutton chops :
Put mutton chop in a pressure cooker, add clove, 8-10 black pepper, cinnamon stick , black cardamom, salt and plenty of water to cook the chops. Now cook it for around 15 mins until chops will be cooked...but avoid to over cook it. 
Now place them in another vessel and keep them aside.

#) PREPARE ROAST MASALA:

 Now put a pan on flame and dry roast the black pepper and Jeera for 4-5 mins on medium flame..then turn off the flame and put them on rest. Now put them in mixer jar and grind them to make a corse powder.
No need to convert it on smooth powder..
Now keep it aside.

 #)#ROAST THE BOILED CHOPS:
Put a kadhai on flame and add 1/2 tbsp oil. When oil is heated, put boiled chops and shallow fry them for 5-6 minutes.
Now add Roasted masala powder,salt and lemon juice and roast them until chops become crispy . It will take around 10 to 15 mins.
Note: keep split them continuously. 

#)  PREPARATION OF GREEN CHUTNEY:
Put all the ingredients except curd in a mixer grinder jar, add salt and little water and grind them to make a smooth paste.
Now beat the curd and put that green chutney in it and mix well  by spoon..
Now green spicy chutney is ready.
