HOMEMADE CREAM CHEESE
INGREDIENTS:
1 ltr. Full fat milk
3-4 tbsp vinegar
Salt
PREPARATIONS:
put milk  on low flame  till it becomes hot but not bring it on boil. Check the temperature by dipping your finger in milk.
Now turn off the flame and put vinegar in it gradually till cheese will be separated.
Now drain it in a maslin cloth and drain out the excess whey (remaining milk water).

Now put it in grinder jar ,add little salt and 2 tsp whey and grind it for 2 mins till it becomes smooth in texting.
HOMEMADE CREAM CHEESE IS READY NOW😋
You can store it in air tight jar for 7 to 10 days in refrigerator and use it in pizza, sandwich, tortilas, takos etc.
