1 kg chicken
2 tbsp roasted sasame seed powder (Till)
1 tbsp roasted flex seed powder (alsi)
200 g curd(dahi)
1 tbsp mango powder (Aamchoor)
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste.
1 egg
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp corn starch
1 cup refined floor (maida)
Salt
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp sugar.
Oil.
PREPARATION:
#) Take a bowl, put 2 tbsp curd and salt in it, mix well. Now add chicken and keep it aside for 1 hour.
MARINATE THE CHICKEN:
#)Take a bowl, put curd, ginger- garlic paste, sasame seed and flex seed powder, cornstarch, salt, red chilli powder, mango powder, mix all. Now add chicken in this marination paste of kayi chicken fry and keep it in fridge for 1 or 2 hours.
NOW DEEP FRY THE MARINATED CHICKEN:
#) Beat egg in a bowl.
#) put refined floor in another plate.
#) heat up enough oil in deep pan to deep fry marinated chicken for kayi chicken fry . Now dip chicken pieces one by one in beaten egg, then rap them one by one in refined floor and deep fry them on middium to low flame for 10 to 15 minutes or till all is cooked properly.
#) In the mean while, let's prepare dipping souce for our kayi chicken fry.
PREPARE DIP OR SOUCE FOR KAYI CHICKEN FRY:
#) Heat up a pan, put one tbsp oil, add remaining marinated paste in it and still well on low flame. Now add tomato ketchup, little salt and red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp sasame seed powder and 1 tsp sugar, cook it for 2 minutes.
Now add fried chicken in this souce and toss it well..
KAYI CHICKEN FRY IS READY NOW, GARNISH IT WITH SPRING ONIONS AND ENJOY IT WITH MAYONNAISE 😊.
