Restaurant style chilli chickenRESTAURANT STYLE CHILLY CHICKEN

    

 Ingredients:

500 g Boneless chicken

1 capsicum

1 cup cubed onions

2 tsp soya souce

2 tsp vinegar

1/2cup tomato keychain

2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste

5-cloves garlic chopper

1 tbsp chopped ginger 

5-6 green chillies sliced

1/2 cup refined floor(maida)

2 tsp corn starch

1 egg

Redchilli powder

Coriander powder

Salt

Oil

PREPARATION:

# MARINATE THE CHICKEN: Put chicken in bowl and add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, corn starch, salt, red chilli powder, egg, 1tsp soya souce,1 tsp vinegar, mix all the ingredients well and keep it aside for marination for atleast 1 hour.

# DEEP FRY THE MARINATED CHICKEN:

 now heat a pan, put enough oil to deep fry. Rap chicken pieces one by one in refined floor and  deep  fry this marinated chicken till it cook and turn crispy golden Brown.

GRAVY:

Heat up a pan or kadai, put 1n half tbsp oil in it. Now add jeera, chopped ginger garlic cloves, green chillies and saute it for 2 minutes. Now add cubed onions and ginger garlic paste and stir fry it for 5 minutes.

Now add red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, 2 tsp soya source, 1 tsp vinegar, tomato ketchup, capsicum and saute it for 5 mins. Now take 2 tsp refined floor or corn starch in a cup, add some water and make smooth paste, add this paste in to the gravy and cook it on low flame for 2- 3 minutes.

Now add fried marinated chicken, add 1/2 cup of water and cook it low flame for 10 minutes till it becomes tender.Now add 1or 2 tsp sugar to balance the taste and cook it for 2 mins more.

NOW RESTAURANT STYLE CHILLI CHICKEN IS READY .😋
